Steps

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast. 4. Place the turkey on a baking tray and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). 5. While turkey is roasting, steam cauliflower florets until tender (about 8-10 minutes). 6. Drain cauliflower and mash with almond milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth. 7. Remove turkey from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 8. Serve sliced turkey breast with garlic mashed cauliflower.
