Steps
1. Pat the chicken fillet dry with a paper towel.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken fillet.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
5. Cook the chicken fillet for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
7. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
