1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. 2. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes. 3. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan. 4. Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. 5. Stir in the diced garlic potatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking until heated through and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes. 6.
