Steps
1. In a bowl, mix grated ginger, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate the chicken breast in the mixture for 30 minutes.
3. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.

5. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
6. In the same pan, pour any remaining marinade and let it simmer until thickened.
