Steps

1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, grated ginger, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. 2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers. 5. Grill the skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and slightly charred. 6. Remove from grill and garnish with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds. 7. Serve hot with your choice of side.
