This gluten free breakfast burrito is the perfect way to kickstart your day with a burst of Mexican flavors!
Steps of Preparation: 1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and diced bacon. Cook bacon until it's crispy. 2. Add in diced onion and bell pepper and cook until softened. 3. Once onion and pepper are softened, reduce heat to medium-low and add in whisked eggs. Cook eggs until set, stirring often. 4. Add 2 tablespoons of salsa to the eggs and stir to combine. 5. Heat the gluten-free wrap in the microwave for about 30 seconds. 6. Spoon the egg mixture onto the center of the wrap, fold the wrap and enjoy!
