- Steps of Preparation:
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and diced bacon. Cook bacon until it's crispy.
- Add in diced onion and bell pepper and cook until softened.
- Once onion and pepper are softened, reduce heat to medium-low and add in whisked eggs. Cook eggs until set, stirring often.
- Add 2 tablespoons of salsa to the eggs and stir to combine.
- Heat the gluten-free wrap in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Spoon the egg mixture onto the center of the wrap, fold the wrap and enjoy!
