Steps
1. Heat a medium skillet over low heat and melt the butter.
2. In a medium bowl, lightly whisk the eggs before adding them to the skillet. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the eggs cook until they are almost done.
3. Once the eggs are nearly cooked, remove the lid and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the eggs.
