Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine vegetarian burger crumbles, sautéed vegetables, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix well. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Shape the mixture into a small loaf and place it in a baking dish. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until firm and cooked through. 7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
