Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the green curry paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the coconut milk and stir until well combined.
5. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
6. Stir in the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
7. Combine the cooked pasta with the green curry sauce, mixing well.
8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
