1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Allow it to rest before slicing. 4. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 5. Carefully add the vodka and let it simmer for about 2 minutes to cook off the alcohol. 6.
