
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
