Steps
1. Clean the octopus tentacle thoroughly under cold water.
2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and simmer the octopus for 45 minutes until tender.
3. Drain and pat dry the octopus.
4. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. Marinate the cooked octopus in this mixture for 15 minutes.
6. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
7. Grill the octopus for 3-4 minutes per side until slightly charred and fragrant.
8. Remove from grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
