Steps

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sear the lamb chop for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
5. While the lamb cooks, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
6. Remove lamb from skillet, let rest for 5 minutes.
7. Serve the lamb chop with a generous dollop of garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
