Steps
1. Clean the octopus tentacles under cold water.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Marinate the octopus in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the octopus for 4-5 minutes each side until charred and tender.
6. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and a final drizzle of olive oil before serving.
