Steps
1. Clean the octopus and bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Simmer the octopus for 45 minutes until tender, then drain and allow to cool.
3. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
4. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes in a bowl.
5. Cut the octopus into bite-sized pieces and toss in the marinade.
6. Grill the octopus for 3-4 minutes per side until slightly charred.
7. Remove from grill, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
