Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and thyme.
2. Heat olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
6. Add remaining butter and lemon juice, stirring to create a sauce.
7. Pour the garlic butter lemon sauce over the chicken.
8. Serve immediately with your choice of side.
