Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers with Herbed Cream Cheese

Steps

1. Wash the mini bell peppers and slice them in half lengthwise, removing seeds. 2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, chives, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined. 3. Spoon the herbed cream cheese mixture into each pepper half. 4. Arrange the stuffed peppers on a serving plate and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
