Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix honey, ketchup, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well to coat.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and glazes the chicken.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
7. Serve warm as an appetizer.
