Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add sliced onion, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
4. Add cooked black beans, soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
6. Serve hot as a main dish.
