
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread the mixed nuts on a baking sheet.
- Roast the nuts in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden and aromatic.
- Allow the nuts to cool slightly, then transfer them to a food processor.
- Add honey (or maple syrup), coconut oil, salt, and vanilla extract to the food processor.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, blending again if you add more ingredients.
- Transfer the nut butter to a small jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
