Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. 3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. 4. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. 5. Stir in the diced potato and carrot, cooking for about 5 minutes until slightly softened. 6. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. 7. Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and vegetable mixture, then transfer to a baking dish. 8. Optional: sprinkle grated cheese on top for a cheesy finish. 9.
