Herb-Crusted Côtes de Porc with Garlic Butter

A succulent pork chop seasoned with fresh herbs and garlic, pan-seared to perfection, and finished with a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfectly balanced flavors for a satisfying meal.

Steps

1. Pat the pork chop dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add pork chop and sear for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 4. Reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic to the pan. 5. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the pork chop for 1-2 minutes. 6. Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice, and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
