Steps
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Rub turkey breast with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
3. Place the turkey breast in a small roasting pan and roast for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
4. While turkey roasts, combine cranberries, honey, and orange juice in a small saucepan.
5. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until cranberries burst and mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
6. Remove turkey from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
7. Slice turkey and drizzle with warm cranberry glaze before serving.
