Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
5. Remove from oven and drizzle honey over the carrots.
6. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top and gently toss to coat evenly.
7. Roast for an additional 5 minutes to set the glaze.
8. Serve warm as a side dish.
