Indian Masala Pasta

A flavorful vegetarian main dish with a spicy Indian twist. This masala pasta is made with garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and aromatic spices, creating a delicious and satisfying meal.

Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute until fragrant. 3. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent. 4. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes until the raw smell disappears. 5. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss it with the masala until well coated. 7. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot.
