1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small baking dish. 2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. 3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, and melted butter. 4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. 6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter for the topping over low heat. Stir in erythritol and cinnamon until combined. 7.
