Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the tuna steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the tuna steak.
4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer it more cooked.
5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices, and serve immediately.
