- Place the tuna steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the tuna steak.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer it more cooked.
