Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the salmon fillet with the marinade on both sides.
4. Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
5. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve the salmon garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
