Mango Coconut Sphere

A delightful tropical dessert featuring a smooth mango mousse encased in a delicate coconut shell, combining creamy textures and vibrant flavors in a stunning spherical presentation.

Steps

1. Puree the mango with lime juice and sugar until smooth. 2. Heat coconut milk gently and dissolve gelatin powder into it, stirring well. 3. Combine the mango puree with the coconut milk mixture. 4. Pour the mixture into silicone half-sphere molds and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. 5. Once set, carefully unmold the half-spheres. 6. Press two half-spheres together to form a full sphere. 7. Roll the sphere lightly in desiccated coconut for a textured, snowy effect. 8. Optionally, dust lightly with edible gold dust for an elegant finish. 9. Serve chilled.
