
Steps
- Soak sticky rice in water for 4 hours. Cook in a steamer until tender.
- Blend half of the mango with coconut milk and sugar to make a puree.
- Cut the remaining mango into cubes.
- Shape sticky rice into a boat using a bamboo leaf.
- Fill the rice boat with mango puree and top with mango cubes.
- Serve and enjoy!
