Steps

1. In a bowl, mix the ground lamb with red onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into a patty. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the lamb patty for about 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking. 3. Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 4. Toast the burger bun. 5. Assemble the burger by placing lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the cooked lamb patty, tzatziki sauce, tomato, and red onion slices. 6. Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
