
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, truffle oil, salt, and pepper until well combined. Form into a patty.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the patty to your desired doneness.
- Toast the brioche bun in the pan or toaster.
- Assemble the burger by placing the cheddar cheese on the bottom bun, followed by the cooked patty, crispy bacon, arugula, tomatoes, red onions, and a generous spread of truffle aioli.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
