Steps
1. Preheat grill or pan over medium heat.
2. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.
3. Drizzle olive oil on chicken and grill for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
4. Lightly toast the submarine roll.
5. Spread chipotle mayo evenly on the inside of the roll.
6. Place the grilled chicken on the bottom half of the roll.
7. Top with cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and optional pickles or jalapeños.
8. Close the sandwich and press down gently.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy chicken submarine!
