Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

4. While the meat cooks, halve and pit the avocado, then slice or cube it.
5. In a separate pan, fry or poach the eggs to your liking.
6. Assemble the bowl by placing the cooked mince at the base.
7. Top with avocado slices and the cooked eggs.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
