Mountain Pepperleaf Bulgogi Beef Bites with Saltbush Aioli

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine bulgogi sauce and mountain pepperleaf. Add the sliced beef and mix thoroughly to coat. 2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef slices and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. 4. For the saltbush aioli, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped saltbush, and season with salt and pepper in a small bowl. 5. Once the beef is cooked, remove from heat and cut into bite-sized pieces. 6. Serve the beef bites garnished with saltbush leaves alongside the saltbush aioli for dipping.
