Steps
1. Break the chocolate croissant into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
2. Crush the Oreo cookies into coarse crumbs.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate and milk (if microwave unavailable, place white chocolate in a sealed plastic bag and submerge in hot water until melted), stirring until smooth.
4. Stir sugar into the white chocolate milk mixture until dissolved.
5. In a glass or bowl, layer half the croissant pieces, then half the Oreo crumbs.
6. Pour half of the white chocolate milk mixture over the layers.
7. Repeat layers with remaining croissant pieces and Oreo crumbs.
8. Top with the remaining white chocolate milk mixture and sprinkle finely chopped dark chocolate on top.
9. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
