Steps

2. Once cooked, season the rice with rice vinegar and let it cool slightly.
3. Place a bamboo sushi mat on a clean surface and lay the nori sheet on top.
4. Spread the sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top edge.
5. Arrange cucumber, avocado slices, and thinly sliced white fish in a line across the rice.
6. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure.
7. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife.
8. Serve with wasabi, soy sauce, and pickled ginger on the side.
