Steps

1. Thoroughly wash and dry the oak leaf lettuce, basil leaves, and arugula. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, black pepper, and a pinch of dried tobacco leaf powder or a few drops of liquid smoke to create the vinaigrette. 3. Toss the oak leaf lettuce, basil, and arugula with the vinaigrette until evenly coated. 4. Sprinkle toasted pine nuts on top for crunch. 5. Serve immediately as a fresh and smoky-flavored salad.
