Steps

1. Mix the flour, salt and pepper together in a bowl. 2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Coat the cod fillet in the flour mixture. 4. Place the cod fillet in the pan and cook on each side for 4 minutes. 5. Remove the cod fillet from the pan. 6. Use the same pan and add the garlic and minced dill, stir for 1 minute. 7. Pour the white wine into the pan and reduce until the liquid has reduced to half. 8. Return the cod fillet to the pan and cook for 1 minute. 9. Serve with the light dill sauce.
