Steps

1. Peel and chop potatoes, then boil in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes). 2. While potatoes cook, season pork steak with salt and pepper. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Sear pork steak for about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. 5. Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain. 6. Sauté cherry tomatoes briefly in the skillet for 2 minutes until slightly softened. 7. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth. 8. Warm the demi-glace sauce gently in a small pan. 9. Plate mashed potatoes, arrange broccoli and cherry tomatoes alongside, and place pork steak on top or beside. 10. Drizzle demi-glace sauce over the pork steak and serve immediately.
