Steps
1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and set aside.
2. Steam purple cauliflower until tender but still firm.
3. Rinse and drain cooked white beans.
4. In a bowl, combine quinoa, steamed purple cauliflower, white beans, shredded purple cabbage, and sliced white onion.
5. Add pumpkin seeds and chopped walnuts for zinc and omega-3 support.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
7. Sprinkle ground flaxseed on top.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Toss gently to mix all ingredients evenly.
10. Serve immediately or chilled.
