Refreshing Iced Hibiscus Tea

A vibrant and tangy iced tea made from dried hibiscus flowers, sweetened lightly with honey and enhanced with a splash of citrus. Perfect for a cooling, antioxidant-rich beverage on a warm day.

Steps

1. Place the dried hibiscus flowers in a heatproof cup or teapot. 2. Pour the boiling water over the flowers and steep for 5-7 minutes. 3. Strain the tea into a glass to remove the flowers. 4. Stir in honey while the tea is warm, then add fresh lemon juice. 5. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature. 6. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes and pour the cooled tea over the ice. 7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
