Steps
1. Heat olive oil and butter together in a skillet over medium heat.

3. Add shredded cabbage to the skillet, stirring to coat with butter and garlic.
4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
