Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced beef to the pan, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
3. Cook the beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
4. Pour in the Japanese soy sauce and stir well to coat the beef.
5. Serve the beef over a bed of cooked rice.
6. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
