Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the sliced beef with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
3. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to coat the beef. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up according to your preference.
5. To serve, place the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the soy-glazed beef, and finish with the fried egg on top.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
