1. Preheat your grill to medium-low heat. 2. In a bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub the mixture generously over the beef ribs, ensuring they are well coated. 4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally until tender. 5. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce. 6. Once done, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving. 7.
