
Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-low heat.
- In a bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture generously over the beef ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally until tender.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Once done, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
