Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add julienned carrots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the carrots and toss to coat evenly.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the carrots are glazed and cooked to your liking.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
