Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add julienned carrots and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the carrots and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.
