Spicy Avocado Deviled Eggs

Steps

1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel. 2. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. 3. In a bowl, mash the yolks with the avocado, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lime juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until smooth. 4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites. 5. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped chives. 6. Chill for 10 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
