Spicy Boiled Potato Tikki

This quick and delicious Indian snack features spiced boiled potatoes formed into patties and pan-fried to golden perfection. Perfect for tea time or as a party appetizer!

Steps

1. Peel the boiled potato and mash it in a bowl until smooth. 2. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chili, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt to the mashed potato. 3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined. 4. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round patties. 5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 6. Fry the patties until they are golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. 7. Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. 8. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
